1. Structural Framework Definitions

This document regulates access to the corporate services platform Operated by Veritas Tech Law. Under this contract:

• Services: Technology legal assessment, regulatory advisory, and contractual engineering services provided by our firm.
• User / Client: Any business representative browsing this digital desk or initializing a professional relationship with the company.
• Deliverables: Digital files, custom contracts, or system risk logs finalized during a legal consulting engagement.

2. Use of Interface

Users pledge strictly to use this digital interface for legal queries, review of options, and legitimate contact requests. Any attempt to crawl directories, inject malicious scripts, or copy structural branding elements is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Boundaries & Order Formulation

An initial query submitted via this interface does not initiate a formal attorney-client contract or professional retainer. An official attorney-client relationship is formalized solely when a custom Letter of Engagement has been signed by both authorized executives.

4. Payments, Pricing & Currencies

Prices specified on our platform are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subjective to adjustments based on physical project changes. Fixed price options require upfront execution or partial retainer releases in terms of the written contract agreements.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients seeking legal advice are required to provide comprehensive, accurate technical briefs, code system pathways, external developer contract details, and ownership facts during the analysis phases. Veritas Tech Law is not liable for structural vulnerabilities arising from incomplete or inaccurate documentation.

6. Intellectual Capital & Ownership

The code layout, design style, copywriting, graphics, structure, and original articles on this site belong exclusively to Veritas Tech Law. Legal document bases and frameworks engineered for clients become client assets only after full payment settlement under specific engagement terms.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Our solutions and digital platform assets are offered strictly "as is" and on an "as available" baseline. Legal changes can develop rapidly. Although our attorneys draft frameworks with technical precision, we make no guarantees that all templates fit every international business model without custom curation.

8. Boundary of Liability

Under the maximum limits allowed under South African Civil and Corporate Law, Veritas Tech Law is not held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or circumstantial financial losses or system downtimes. Our total liability is restricted to the total monetary balance paid by the client for the specific service query in dispute.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction Courts

This agreement and any disputes emanating from this platform are governed solely by the Law of the Republic of South Africa. The parties agree that any arising litigation will be handled exclusively by the competent High Court located in Johannesburg, South Africa.
